Welcome to the Athens County Bassmasters Web Site. We are a FLW/TBF affiliated club and dedicated to promoting bass fishing in Ohio. We fish 12 tournaments a year on a wide variety of Ohio lakes on Saturdays and Sundays. The club supports the goals of the FLW/TBF including conservation, youth, and competition. The club is actively seeking new members, both boaters and nonboaters.

Athens County Bassmasters who fished the Regional at RockyFork did a great job, keep up the good work.
Tournament of Champions Results
Athens County Bassmasters let's congratulate Tony Grubbs who Saturday May 9th at Buckeye Lake won the Tournament of Champions with 10lbs.45 and he also had big bass that weighed 4lbs.59. There were 46 guys fishing and let's not forget we are talking about the State of Ohio where each Club sends there top two guys, so great job Tony for representing our club Saturday. And lets also congratulate another Athens County Bassmaster representing us Saturday, Greg Hopkins, who finished 18th with 4lbs.29 and was second in line for big bass with 3lbs.79. Great job guys.

Fisherman's Prayer

God grant that I may live to fish until my dying day
